Becoming a Member

The AMGECU Membership Application Form is available for download in Adobe Acrobat format. 

Please be advised that when submitting Applications for Membership it is compulsory the under-mentioned documents are attached to the Application Form, supporting evidence:

1. Copy of Utility Bill.
2. Copy of Birth certificate.
3. Copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable) or signed Common Law Declaration form.
4. Recent Job Letter.
5. Copy of valid form of I.D. (Passport, Government I.D. or Driver’s Permit).
6. All Application forms must be signed by a recommender (Recommender must be a member).
7. Non Refundable Entrance Fee = $10.00.
8. Payment for one full share = $5.00 (minimum).
9. Beneficiary (if a beneficiary is designated on the form, the applicant must countersign in the field provided, in the beneficiary section of the form).
10. Foreign Applicants – must provide references from foreign bank.
